Decide what you want to enter: Make your own beat video or dance to the beat we created.
If you’re creating a beat, you can record your own seat belt sounds or use the ones we’ve provided. See download button below. Create your footage or use the footage and seat belt graphics from our Sample Video on TikTok. Be sure to stitch the title slide in either the beginning or end of your video.

Post your final video of one minute or less on TikTok, tag us with #ClickTokBeatMakers, and be sure to set your profile to “Public.”
Three winners will be selected based on overall originality, how well your beat or dance inspires others to buckle up, number of views your entry receives, and adherence to contest rules.
In addition to cash prizes, the three winning entries will be featured on the Delaware Office of Highway Safety website to help inspire others to buckle up.
Contest results will be announced June 11, 2021 on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter – so be sure to follow us on all of these platforms. Winners, we’ll contact you in a TikTok DM to confirm your mailing addresses.
You must be at least 18 years old and a U.S. resident to enter. Limit one submission per person and TikTok account. No purchase necessary. All entries must follow the TikTok Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
